We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality. The IT Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management from project initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.

Responsibilities
– Plan and manage projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities
– Make project planning, create and track tasks, epics, and user stories of the project
– Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
– Ensure project resources are allocated appropriately and effectively manage project teams
– Project status and risks communication to internal and external management teams
– Prepare status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information
– Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
– Work closely with software development and engineering teams, motivate and share policies and procedures to ensure the success
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes

Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a big plus
– 3 year of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex IT projects
– Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
– Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
– Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall
– Experience with project and task management tools, such as: Jira, Trello, etc.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Self-motivated and action-oriented
– Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Technical background, with understanding experience in software development and web technologies is a big plus
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
